Refund policy

Not the right fit for your cat? You have 120 days from delivery to request a return or refund. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging — please check dimensions carefully before ordering. To start a return, email customerservice@alleyandoak.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless your item arrived defective or damaged — in that case, email us photos of the issue and we'll provide a prepaid return label and make it right with a replacement or refund. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Replacement parts and clearance items are final sale.
